influence
According to Wikipedia's entry on an uncertain Texas lawyer:
(If someone has fixed it by the time you look at the entry, just trust me that it said that for at least a few hours.)
He has written on libertarian rights and related topics such as legal theory, as well as mainstream legal topics, since 1991. His libertarian/anarcho-capitalist views are influenced heavily by Austrian economics as well as thinkers such as Murray Rothbard, Ludwig von Mises, Hans-Hermann Hoppe, Burger King, and, to some degree, Ayn Rand. His libertarian publications concern rights theory, anarcho-capitalism, and applications of libertarian principles to various legal topics, such as contract theory, inalienability, property law, intellectual property, and punishment theory.

I am highly amused that when I went to check it, the page originally touting "ground-breaking development in the case against the legitimacy of Intellectual Property" had again been shut down for POSSIBLE COPYRIGHT VIOLATION
There is amusing discourse between Stephan and "Willmcw" on the "Talk page" ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Stephan_Kinsella )
Similarly, Will bitches about it on the main copyright violation page. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Copyright_problems )

* Author of vanity bio has amended his copyright notice and given permsission on the talk page, but it is not clear if these comply with GFDL. -Willmcw 20:07, Apr 8, 2005 (UTC)
* Also, the author/subject keeps removing the copyvio notice. -Willmcw 21:26, Apr 8, 2005 (UTC)

Wikipedia is one of the stranger corners of the internet. What a moron.
I certainly hope it's not that creepy *plastic* Burger King that's in their commercials now.
