I'm now using Gmail. It's incredible. I highly recommend it.But it's still in training mode for identifying spam.
I got a message passed through to my inbox with this subject heading:
(Which I read as "Pics so hot ..." as in pictures.)
I deleted it in my local Mail.app and logged into the Gmail.com web interface to make sure it was marked as spam and not left in their copy of my inbox. But Gmail shows the first line of text in each message and I saw something I didn't expect:
Wysak Petroleum (WYSK)Yes friends, this is what it's come to -- penny stock companies disguising their spam as pornography just to get you to read it!

Why am I the only person who never gets spam? (well, one of my email accounts gets those fake bank notices once and a while, but that is it.)
Not that I am complaining.

Perhaps the word has not yet gotten out that you are in the market for penile enlargement and/or cheap Viagra. I suspect my wife responded to an ad in my case.
Ironically, it turns out that, despite my shortcomings, many local women want to meet me. They must have heard about the killing I am about to make in moving money out of Nigeria. Then I won't need those home equity loans I must have forgotten I applied for.
vf, that is really funny stuff. I've been pissed off about the onslaught of "Wysak" emails all day, but.. you gave me a chuckle.
